As part of these projects, our specialists contributed to configuring and optimizing production planning processes, structuring and ensuring the quality of master data, and enhancing financial management and analytical capabilities.

A separate area of work focused on implementing budgeting processes based on SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC), including the configuration of planning models, budget preparation, and the development of financial plan monitoring mechanisms.
