KTZ Railway Enterprises: Our specialists’ experience

Our team of specialists has practical experience participating in projects involving the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA solutions for railway enterprises. The team's project expertise covers the automation of key business processes related to infrastructure and rolling stock maintenance, project management, and capital investment planning.

One of the primary areas of work involved developing Maintenance and Repair (SAP PM) processes, including support for maintenance planning, technical asset management, and improving the operational efficiency of production assets. Additional activities included enhancing project management capabilities and implementing SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) solutions to support centralized master data management, data quality, and consistency.

Special attention was also given to working with CDE (Common Data Environment) and developing capital construction planning processes aimed at improving investment program transparency, strengthening collaboration among project stakeholders, and ensuring effective management of construction initiatives.
