One of the key areas of technological development is the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The Company employs more than 20 software robots to automate business processes. In addition, procurement analytics reporting has been implemented on the Power BI platform, enabling automated data collection and processing.
Kazatomprom is developing eKAP, a unified digital environment that integrates human resources, information technology, occupational safety, and risk management processes. The implementation of digital solutions aims to improve management efficiency, reduce manual operations, and enhance production processes.
