NOMASCOM LLP provides services to companies planning to implement SAP or already using the system and looking to expand its capabilities. We begin by understanding business objectives, the current state of processes, and IT infrastructure to define the scope of work, priorities, and sequence of changes.

During the preparation phase, we conduct an assessment, identify constraints, and develop a roadmap. During implementation, we design the solution architecture, configure functionality, and develop extensions and integrations. We organize testing, user training, and the transition to working in the new system.

For the transition to SAP S/4HANA, we help select a migration scenario, assess existing customizations and dependencies, prepare data, and plan the cutover.

After go-live, we provide ongoing system support: handling incidents and user requests, analyzing the root causes of errors, and maintaining the stability of business processes. The scope and service schedule are agreed upon with the customer.

We enhance existing SAP solutions in line with the company's evolving needs: improving functionality, reporting, and user interfaces, optimizing business processes, and assessing the impact of changes on IT architecture. The work can be organized as a standalone project or as a phased approach to continuous system development.
